Install VirtualBox
First, install the kernel headers;
prepare-kernel-sources
cd /usr/src/linux
cp -rf include/generated/* include/linux/
Then edit /etc/apt/sources.list as shown below, and proceed with downloading VirtualBox;
echo deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian lucid contrib non-free >> /etc/apt/sources.list
wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc -O- | sudo apt-key add -
apt-get update
apt-get install virtualbox-4.0
